You can request for a refund of any fees paid you subject to the following:
(i) The products/services will only be cancelled after confirmed communication from you and cancellation will only be applicable before we dispatch courseware/reference material to you. Once dispatched the cancellation will be invalid.
(ii) The products that are available online for download post payment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
(iii) Cancellation/Refund will be only applicable before dispatching the order. Once the order is dispatched it can not be cancelled/refund.
(iv) The cost incurred for shipping in case of cancellation/refund/returned once the order is dispatched is applicable to the customer.
(v) Refund amount will be sent to the bank account provided by you.
(vi) All communication in this regard should be addressed to IGNOU Forum. The refund process takes 10-15 working days and the amount will be transferred within 15 days post that.
- Products, which are for digital download, no shipping policy or return is applicable. Once payment done, we don’t offer any return or refund. However if you mistakenly pay for the same product again, you might contact us for refund. Decision is on us.
